This one is lovely too. I can't believe you can work this small - I think I'd go cross-eyed!
Yes, it's a bit crazy! A couple of decades ago I never would've thought I'd be painting this tiny; most of my pieces were 24x18" or larger. And of course there were a lot fewer of them and they were pretty expensive for most folks.
So painting the little 'uns has been a lot of fun by several measures!
Yes, I agree, very lovely and what a challenge! You pack in the idea of detail somehow in such a tiny piece!
I like that way you said that, Mary. To "pack in the idea of detail" is very descriptive!
